The girls and I usually walk down the hill to get the mail when the weather permits and I have the energy to haul the Bean back up. She's refuses to walk herself. You'd think I would remember to take the Ergo out of the truck to make it easier to carry her but of course if I did that she's want down to play along the way.
Since spring has finally sprung, I've noticed some really nice big leaves on the trees along the driveway. We picked some and decided to make leaf rubbings with crayons. Then we got creative and used the leaves as stamps by painting the back side with water color paint then stamping them onto paper. The pictures turned out pretty and it was an easy enough craft for the girls to do. It was also a great way to learn about all the different types of trees growing around our house.
