Chris has worked the last seven weeks without a day off. I am so proud of him for being so dedicated to both his job and to being the financial supporter of our family but it's taken a toll on him. He is now sick as a dog. Today they finished up loading the last module onto the barge and it ships out on Thursday. Right now he is waiting for lay off papers. His company has kept him very busy in the past 3 years but seem to be turning into a management only company, subcontracting out their work to other companies. So the future is uncertain for us. There aren't a lot of other jobs around, especially that pays what Chris is making now. We wouldn't mind moving but that is so expensive in itself and with little income it's just about impossible. So we will take things one day at a time and hope for the best.
